Catching up with some great performance for the Running Made Easy team over the last few weeks or so…
First up congrats to Tony Watts for his season best over 10km – followed by a 50s PB over the 1/4 marathon race in Broadstone. What a way to round off 2017!! 💥💥💥

So I should be dead chuffed with this – my second best parkrun time ever AND first lady home for the very first time (and a runner told me afterwards that I’d paced him to a PB which is just the nicest thing to hear!).
Looking forward to a few training 10ks in January to get my head straight before my half in Feb.”
From @scott_boardman93 – “Last night was a fantastic end to a great year of racing for me! PB’s at 5k to half marathon, the biggest chunk being 5 minutes off my half marathon and to top it off I won the running clubs Road Championship. Lost a bit of motivation recently having picked up niggles and being ill but last night gave me a lift to train hard! Just not today, 8.5 very hungover miles!”
