The concept of Running Made Easy was born from the experiences we have both had, over the years, running around the world. On numerous occasions, we have been asked for advice on training, nutrition, conditioning exercises, types of cross training, mileage, and a whole host of others topics.
We are also no stranger to remote-coaching. Michael receives and uploads his training log online whilst Eilish’s mother, lives abroad and sends her training through by email. We know how these processes work and the results they bring. We have always embraced helping others to enjoy their running – online coaching was an obvious progression; giving runners more structure and creating a bigger, lasting impact. We can’t wait to be part of your running journey.

You don’t have to be an Olympic athlete to be coached by one. And you certainly don’t need olympic aspirations to get the most out of our programmes. Unlike a lot of other online coaching systems our bespoke programmes are developed individually to work around YOU. We appreciate how hectic daily life can be, with work and family commitments, the labradoodle at home and the odd saturday night on the tiles. So upon signing up to one of our programmes, we discuss how best we can get the right balance for you. It’s our job to ensure you not only train hard, but also have time to play hard too!
