Q. What’s the difference between the Gold, Silver and Bronze Packages?

A. The main difference between the three packages is contact and communication. However, there is a more ‘total’ running aspect to the Gold and Silver packages as they go into much more depth and fine tuning. Gold provides everything you need in order to achieve your goals with unlimited feedback and communication between you and your coach along with extensive strength and conditioning programmes, and even nutritional advice also included if needed. Our Silver package is recommended for runners confident in following the programme without the need for regular contact but still receiving some conditioning work, but in no way containing the same depth as Gold. Where our bronze package is a simple, bespoke, run-only, 4-week programme for runners who feel they don’t need a huge amount of contact in order to hit their goals. Gold and Silver allows runners to access their training through an online app – for the ultimate flexibility. Training for the Bronze runners will be sent directly to email only. 

No matter what package you choose, you’ll always have our full commitment and every plan is tailored to you. 

Q. Why do I have to sign up for a month, minimum?

A. We ask that all of our clients sign up for a month minimum in order to really get the true benefit from our training programmes. Improvements come through consistency and commitment. We will do everything we can in order to help you reach your goals but as the saying goes – Rome wasn’t built in a day. Training blocks will build up throughout the weeks as you become fitter (and faster!) – we want you to get the most out of our bespoke programmes. 


Q. What’s happens if I need to take a break due to injury?

A. If you need to take a break from training – we will credit your account with the unused training weeks that you have paid for. Alternatively, we could provide you with a cross training programme in order to train and maintain fitness (dependent on injury). Throughout our years as elite athletes, we have dealt with several injuries and gained a wealth of knowledge on cross training programmes, helping to return to running, fitter and faster than before. 

Q. How do I pay?

A. Payments can be made either by PayPal or by BACS transfer or Standing Order. For alternative methods of payment – please email us. 

Once payment has been received you will receive  your first training block.         

Q. I’m a complete beginner – can I sign up?

A. Of course! Our programmes are personalised just for you and so whether you’re a newbie or seasoned runner – we will find the right balance to suit your every need.

Q. What events do you cater for?

A. Running Made Easy covers an array of distances from 800m to marathon running. From the track to the roads, we can cater for all of your running needs. For enquiries regarding other events – pop us an email and we’ll see what we can do to help!

Q. How long will it take, from signing up until I get my programme?

A. Greatness takes time, however, we will aim to get your running programme sent over to you within 3-5 days. If you decide to cancel within this time, Running Made Easy will refund 50% of the fee paid (as we will have been working our little socks off to write your bespoke programme). However, as soon as your running programme has been uploaded or emailed to you – we can no longer offer a refund. 

Q. What if I decide the programme isn’t for me? Can I cancel?

A. We hope it will never come to this… but….as we offer such a brilliant discounted rate on our upfront payments for 6 months and 12 months – we cannot offer refunds if you decide to cancel on these packages. However, if at any point you are not happy with the current training schedule – just let us know and we will contact you to make the necessary changes to your training in order to make sure you are still enjoying your running. If you’re not committed to 6 or 12-months, we have a monthly plan that can be paid on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel whenever you wish. If you cancel in the middle of a month, you’ll retain access to the your training for the remainder of your paying cycle.


Q. Can i upgrade my programme tier?

A. Of course! If at any point you think you’d benefit from more contact with your coach, or a more detailed ‘total’ running plan we’d be happy to help you out. Just let us know 5 days in advance of your next training block.

Q. Why choose online coaching over a personal trainer in a gym?

A. Price and content are the main reasons. Typically a personal trainer will cost £30-40 per hour, even upto £150 an hour in some cases. With Running Made Easy you get much better value for money, particularly on the Gold package. Gold includes unlimited contact around your running, gym sessions are set personally for you, including pictures/videos demonstrating exercises if needed and even nutritional advice if requested. A great package for a fraction of a personal trainer cost.


Q. How long will it take using your programmes to fulfill my goals?

A. For the biggest gains we generally suggest 4weeks for a park run, 6-8 weeks for a 10k, half marathons around 12 weeks and a full marathon 20-24 weeks. These are all of course dependant on how high your aims are starting off, along with current fitness levels. The higher grade of package you choose could also fast track your targets, but we give the above time scales as the maximum expected.
