PB’s at 5k to half marathon, the biggest chunk being 5 minutes off my half marathon and to top it off I won the running clubs Road Championship. Lost a bit of motivation recently having picked up niggles and being ill but last night gave me a lift to train hard! Just not today, 8.5 very hungover miles!”
