Elowen ran a great race at the South of England U17 champs, coming 3rd in a seasons best time over the 1500steeple.. things coming together nicely!

Emma produced another PB run, this time over the 3000m. Knocking 7sec off her best time. A great summer for Emma so far!Ā #hustlehard
