Mid week catch up from the County Champs..🏅

Congrats to both Elowen & Lydia for great performances at the weekend. Elowen claimed TWO County Champs titles over the 1500m steeple-chase & 3000m and Lydia ran less than 1sec off her 3k pb from incredibly limited specific training! Both did us proud 

Another great week of training for Emma .. taken to the new training like a duck to water!! 🏃💨 Started the week off with 10×300 & finishing with a long endurance fartlek! #runningmadeeasy

Huge congrats to both our London Marathon runners for great performances at the weekend! Chris McCarthy running an outright PB by 4 minutes & Steven Smith running 6 minutes faster than last year! Hard work pays off!! #runningmadeeasy
