I first got in touch with Michael and Eilish having been unable to make progress with my running for 18 months, lacking motivation after battling one injury after another. Their coaching helped me to cross-train through an injury and come out fitter than I was before it and I’ve since managed more consistent weeks of uninjured running than I ever have in my life before, leading to PBs in three different distances so far in 2017. Getting advice from two seasoned olympians with so many years of experience in athletics is invaluable. I learn something new every week. No matter where they are in the world they’re always around to give me prompt feedback on my training and I’ve loved having a training plan that is personalised for me, always adapting to my strengths, weaknesses, goals and outside commitments.
